>>86648584I hugely disagree. This was by far the best first episode of the series. I haven't finished, so far Daredevil's still my favorite of the three, but Luke Cage has had by far the strongest beginning.
In general it's definitely the best directed of the shows though. Great cinematography, hands down the best OST of the netflix series, and really solid acting. I wasn't sold on this actor for Luke in JJ, but under a better director, he's great.
My one problem with the directing has been the fight scenes. They're better than Jessica Jones at least, but still pretty rough, and feel really lacking and out of place compared to Daredevil.
