I like the idea that a lot of super villains actually end up permanently reforming at Arkham. It helps take the growing edge off the Batman world and vindicates Batman's no killing rule, even if a few bad apples never end up being saved.

I liked the BTAS episodes that showed them just living their lives peacefully in Arkham.
