'weon' is in every lexical category, it can be a noun, a verb, an adjective, and adverb and anything you can possibly think of. It lacks a definition as to what it exactly is, it only makes sense within a context.
a wea is a thing, it doesn't matter what it is to the word, only that by using that word it's addressed in a vulgar, banal way. A weon is the same, a person who's of whatever negative, unremarkable quality the context can give it. Similiarly, "weando" and "wear" are verbs and they can describe anything, absolutely anything that can be done that is ignoble, unworthy of even the slightest effort to elaborate on.
the closest thing an english speaker has is "fuck those fucking fuckers" and "that shit", except they still have a slant of anger. Weon is just the most neutral, uncaring and unwilling description of anything. It's not someone who's lazy, it's lazyness in itself contained in words.
it describes the mindset of all Chileans deep down: they've given up.
