She seems like she'd also be the most into Kevin, who is the neighborhood chad (and has a similarly great chin). May seems to be more attracted to boys on an emotional level, so Ed and Edd would be her top picks. Lee seems like she just wants to dominate somebody. All the Kankers do, but that seems to be Lee's thing the most.
Not just anyone, though. It has to be someone that it'd mean something to dominate, someone with some fight in them like a bossy loudmouth like Eddy or a superstrong son of a shepherd like Rolf. So to create an Edd/Lee shipping moment, just create a situation where Edd shows some moxy. And not so much moxy that he just beats people up (ie the last episode). Remember she likes to dominate, not BE dominated. She's a big gal and likes to feel in control.
