If you changed ONLY Suki, I would still make him part of the Kyoshi, but he made a chastity vote and is a super special exception to the group, and oddity. It could paralel Sokkara.
If you changed everyone, this would mean that even Kyoshi was genderbended and all her warrior? So they are basically samurais, and not an oddity for Sokkara (being also a member of a warrior tribe), and she wouldn't really care about this aspect. The episode would have to focus on something else.
