El Guaco doesn't get as many scenes as he does in the script. The Mexican aisle scene is shortened in general. Brenda, Sammy, and Vash are taken to a bar by Tequila. Teresa, who is there, helps them sneak out since she knows it's a trap. Douche later comes to the bar and kills/drinks Tequila. El Guaco is basically just used for the "guac and balls" joke, and is never seen again.
In the movie, the epic music of the travel montage before the Dark Aisle, is replaced by a meatloaf singing Meatloaf's "I Would Do Anything For Love."
