Thats who I'm not excited about Justice League. I'm tired of funny brainless any feel good movies on super heroes.
Something different could be done with a more serious tone and some "questions" for the viewer. Something more "challenging" (without being pretentious)
I'm not saying than Snyder makes deep, philosophical movies. But at least he tried a different approach, using more iconography and visuals,while setting some interesting concepts like how can the world react to a Superman.
Yeah, the movie is messy, Lex is awful and Superman is unused. But there whole idea wasn't terrible and the overly bad reviews show that people aren't open minded in that and only want more flicks about the same thing over and over.
