What are super individuals like Parasite supposed to do when they get out of prison legit?

Do they have therapy and shit to help them get back into society? Seems like in DCAU they just shove super beings into a cell by themselves for their entire sentence because its too dangerous to let them out with general population.

Or do they intend to just keep them locked up till they die of old age?
