TF2's comics are in a different genre that Overwatch's. OW is full serious with hints of comedy while TF2's are full comedy with hints of serious. It's like comparing an apple to a Granny Smith. They're both apples, but fill different roles.

From what I heard the main reason Battleborn died was because the PC release was literally unplayable for some rigs, but they only wanted to patch once a month so console players wouldn't be overwhelmed. So by the time they actually fixed Battleborn's technical issues, most of the people already left because they couldn't fucking play it.

We haven't seen Lucio's side of the story. I'm sure when Blizzard releases a comic or cinematic for him, we'll see the darkside of Symmetra's company. In Symmetra's comic, it seems like she genuinely believes her company is doing good for humanity, so with her as the narrator, obviously the story will be biased.

Like, yes, there were tech issues, but they were also trying to charge 70 bucks for a game that was inferior in every aspect to cheaper or even free-to-play games (Overwatch, TF2, Monday Night Combat). Fighting was confusing and unsatisfying, the art was questionable at best, the RPG gameplay loop had no kick to it, and the humor felt very dry especially considering that these guys did Borderlands.

Like yeah, quality is sometimes subjective, but let's not pretend it died because it had tech issues. It was an awful, awful game.

Not because it's necessarily a bad weapon, its drawbacks balance out how mobile Winston is, but the way it looks. It just makes him appear super awkward, walking/running on three appendages while his fourth is weirdly holding and firing this ugly rectangle blaster.

A healer sniper is an interesting idea, but she supposedly plays like ass. Worse than Zenyatta in some ways, her only decent ability is her ultimate. No mobility, low damage, she has absolutely no reason to ever actually use her scope for healing or damage since it does nothing, and her projectiles' hit boxes are fuck huge anyway. From the videos I've seen, most people end up playing her on the ground, following just behind the rest of the team instead of perched on building like her intro video suggests.

His ult would be like Mcree, he walks slowly while locking on, while a repeating tick tick tick tick sounds plays, like in old stereotypical japanese music while he locks on to players, then those that he managed to lock on would freeze and the screen would go black followed by YOOOOOOOOOOOOO *TUNG* a slash across the screen for the players that he managed to get locked on and then they all fall down at the same time when he sheaths his sword once he executes the ult.
Imo, they should've made hanzo's ult a sword attack, then make it into like a rule of his, lore wise , where he only uses his sword on desperate measures and the sword he uses is the one he used to struck down his brother.

Confirmed for not only never playing Ana but not watching anyone competent play her either. Her Sleep Dart shuts down half the Ults in the game, her Grenade shuts down every Support but Symmetra as well as Roadhog's entire function and half of 76. Her damage output is respectable for a Support without being Zenyatta tier death laser, and her healing throughput is one of the highest if not the highest in the game. If she lands every shot on the same target she can outheal Mercy's beam. On top of that, her Ult is fucking insanity. 50% damage reduction, movement speed, and damage output, and it charges fast as fuck. The introduction to Ana and the buffs to Zen are causing pros to consider 3-4 Support to be the new meta. Pharah, Reaper, 76, and Roadhog are all dead if the patch goes live as-is.

You could maybe argue more, like Mei being similar to the pyro, or McCree being a buffed Ambassador spy, but that might be stretching it a bit. Some are more blatant than the others. Torb and Symmetra and clearly just engie divided into two classes.

Honestly, Zarya is more like certain versions of Krieg from Borderlands as soaking up damage makes her stronger and if you played her out of the gate like a Heavy (like some amateurs I've seen try online) you're going to die real fast because her gun is rather underpowered unless you've been casting those shields.

Healing himself is not roadhog's entire function. Roadhog's main function is being the new Mcree, able to install most of the characters, easily canceling most ultimates, and being guaranteed the win in almost every 1v1 fight. One of the biggest problems with Roadhog is that the enemy can use his self heal to farm ultimate.

Ana stopping Roadhog from healing means he can't stay alive as long sure, but she also slows how fast her team can build ult by a lot.

Granted Roadhog also can't build ult if he can't heal but Roadhog's ult is midtier, he's usually more useful just being Roadhog

Well Tracer is really energetic and it also seems like she's really enthusiastic about Overwatch in particular. 76 has been raiding Overwatch bases to get the tech he needs for his own vendetta so he's a wanted criminal. It's probably because in her eyes she's taking out an enemy of Overwatch.
