>>84035349The summer is hot, sweaty clothes are uncomfortable as fuck and they smell.
Gross!
The choice of less cloth also means far easier laundry times. They are machine washable and take far less room in the machine.
Why, you could fit the entire team's uniforms into one load! Think of the savings on the long run!
Practical, comfortable AND economic.
Meanwhile, a full set of tacticool edge, "realistic superhero", armor is a huge pain in the ass to maintain. Shit is hard to clean and will the most likely not even be machine washable.
Shit will reek like the last day of a furcon and it WILL form those icky, gooey, gross and moldy, moist spots on the inside due to all the sweat that seeps into the fabric/padding.
It will be just like all that neglected years old sports gear back in the school days. Good for nostalgia, bad for sanity and skin conditions.
In conclusion, if I did any superheroing, I'd do it in tiny hot pants, socks and small shoes and maybe a mask.
It's the Luchadore way.
Back to you, anon.
