Tumblr as well, you can see some people talk about it, but you have to search for it. It's much more popular now, though, so there's the usual "Oh no, people are drawing x character like y". But at least here you can find more fanart.
Then there's DeviantArt, which I stray away from, that has people talking about it.
Then there are the foreign places that probably talk about it.
