My ex used to work with them, and used to be homeless herself. I shit you not, the first thing they'd do with these guys upon dragging them in would be to give them a pedicure, because they had no or shitty shoes, and didn't take care of themselves. When my ex was homeless, she made sure to wash regularly, not dress in rags, and do odd jobs for money, food, and shower access.
So yeah, tumblerina's sticking up for the double diagnosis homeless without acknowledging the problem aren't helping anyone. Kind of remind me of that outrage over anti-homeless spikes near some office or something.
