>>83039071Not yet, it's on my list but haven't gotten there yet. I grew up on novels, devoured 500 pages a week. I saw comics as having very little substance and think that was cause I had only read single issues of spider man and superman, and not even ones in sequence. It was only when I was older and found Hellblazer that I started to look into comics. Still don't like those characters (the three biggest I don't care for, so add Batman into that) but I enjoy a lot of Marvel/DC and indi comics now. I just never knew what comics could be, grew up on a farm and went to a school of 7-12 that only had 100 students, no one read comics. Hell, almost none of my current friends read comics when they were kids. We all got into them as adults. Which has the benefit of having money to buy and read Omnibus' (My sister got me into Thor with the Simonson one).
So, yeah, comics don't take a long time to read unless the art is amazing, Kabuki takes me at least 4 times as long to read as anything else, but there are still many comics I'm missing on my to read list. As there are many novels and non-fiction books I'm reading.
