>>82804104Roxy and Dirk had fairly full arcs, and Jake even developed a bit but most of the drama in Act 6 was centered around each character's relationship with Jake English, and that doesn't really get resolved in a meaningful way.
Jake could have had an ending in deciding to be a loner but then we see him talk to Dirk on the lilypad and play soccer with him in the new universe. This means that Jake and Dirk made up, but we of course never got to see that actually happen. Did Jake have a revelation about how he DOESN'T have to be alone all the time? We have no idea.
We also never got to see where Jane and Jake ended up with each other, but that's more of a fact of Jane's character getting dropped as soon as she came back from being evil.
Somewhat of a side note, but it was actually kind of lame that in Act 7 everyone was just hanging out with their potential romantic interests. I really hope we get a more diverse set of interactions in the Epilogue, like, I don't know, seeing each group of kids actually hang out together as a group for the first time ever?
