Nope, not yet. In all fairness though, we're talking about the mistress of all the martial arts in the world vs the master of all the martial arts in the universe. I love Shiva like life itself, but the most bullshit thing she ever did was either pic related or using Hokuto Shinken to kill and revive her daughter in a single night. From the big 2 it's got to be, all the Cain's, David Dragon, Bronze Tiger, Lady Shiva, O-Sensei, Karate Kid, Black Canary, and Batman. Marvel has Karnak, Mantis, Task Master, Finesse, Dare Devil, Iron Fist/any Immortal Weapon, Elektra, Lady Bullseye(multiple characters in comic says she's a better "fighter") and Shang-Chi.

I'm gonna treat this as not trolling. But Wolverine, X-23, and Daken should all be up there if writer correctly. Logan and Daken have hella years under their belts and Laura was bred and trained from birth to be a better Wolverine. And in her run was drawn as a much more tactical fighter ending fights as fast and efficiently as possible. But writers kind of forgot all this. Making them all slash and no real skill. Though because of X-23's feet claws she gets the illusion of doing cooler shit. Thus looking more skilled.
