The only thing stopping him from being the perfect screen Goblin is the lack of an expressive face mask, and even then with just his eyes and mouth exposed he's nightmarish. The mania, the desperation, the theatrics, the tiny thread of humanity left in Norman that comes through, his relationship with Harry. It's all so good. That Grant Morrison thinks he did a bad job boggles my mind, might account for why he's never gotten a movie off the ground.
