Why does it feel like these two are always being screwed by the industry despite proving themselves to be successful in it/

>Lauren is given shitty working conditions while making MLP, still makes a huge success.
>Wander cancelled despite being one of Disney's few successful shows right now, "just because we're done with it".
>Lauren eventually driven out by Sony's incompetence.
>Lauren still can't get a show pitched even though combined, her and Craig have made four successful shows together.
>PPG rebooted without any input by Craig or Lauren. Pretty much disregarding everything which made it successful.

It's like, these two get work, but in the process, they get manhandled or cock-blocked consistently along the way.
