First, I get the shows, which you probably already have.
Then I extract all the frames from the episodes, you can do this with many different kinds of software, even VLC if you like.
After that I move the frames onto my external HDD so it won't clog my PC;
I put it through Waifu-2X caffe with Level 3 denoise, Level 2 upscale, cuDNN mode, export to png.
And then I get all the frames into After Effects, extract the original audio with Movie Maker, add the audio alongside the images in AE, and encode with Adobe Media Encoder.
>this next step is opitionalAfter I do all this, I interpolate the episodes, so they get 60FPS. I don't delete the original, though, I add them both as a separate MKV stream.
To interpolate, I use meGUI with MKVtools and FFMPEG.
It does a generally good job at it.
After all that, the episode is uploaded and you all get it!
