When Buck gave ownership of Sugarfoot's to Hank, she was the one who actually ran it, and despite turning it into a completely different experience, she did not ruin the business, and actually seemed to improve attendance. Never fired, as Hank gave it back to Buck as part of the agreement.
The closest thing to being fired she ever experienced was when she bought an (already) failing bookstore, which she managed to turn into a successful book store/gun shop, which she sold because she didn't like the gun shop aspect.
Lady can not only hold down a job, she can run a successful business.
