When they brought back Barry and made all other Flashes non-existent, that friendship had to go to Barry, so now Barry is friends with Cyborg instead of Hal, or Ralph.

I dunno man, I always kind of liked Cyborg. They just usually choose a very boring and bland interpretation of the character.
