when people want to share their feelings, it much safer to share your feelings of misery than of joy.
Most everyone isn't happy every moment.
Too people who's life is shit, they hate that and only dig their hole deeper.
/co/-miseration is good because it builds a bridge to someone that has a low chance of causing jelousy,envy,or aversion.
The whole idea is that while people may have varied and unique experience that cause great elation, and joy.
Those things that cause us great sadness often have a common thread to them.
however those that have caught on to this, and choose to be disingenuous about their situation to get pity, mercy, or some sort of "help"
is below contempt in my opinion. Or go on maintaining a malaise just becuase is cool , is often telling of your maturity.
