It's the lowest form of response, and is designed as so that anyone baiting won't get any satisfaction from the response, and if the person was sincere, then it's just a response to say they think the person was stupid, and as such won't engage in a discussion with them. It's the laciest, and as I said, lowest form of response, so responding to it if you're being sincere just shows that you're so insecure in you own opinion that you had to response to something that didn't even say anything, to try and prove you're right to yourself. Just fucking ignore it. It's like responding to someone saying you're smelly but even lower. You only make yourself look bad.
