>>80316427It just wasn't all that impressive to me. The first half was great, but after they confront the villain in his lair the movie just seems to kind of slowly fizzle out. For a movie oriented on a team they also just kind of introduce the other characters in a very routine manner and then don't ever really expand on them.
Also the villain's plan really legit bothered me. It seemed really intricate and pre-planned, but the nano-bots were an integral part to it and he didn't even know they existed until Hiro showed them. So he either started planning revenge assuming he'd eventually find some sort of key to his plan, or he came up with it all, including blowing up the school, the moment he saw the nanobots.
I don't know, it was a good movie. I just didn't think it was a great movie. I walked out of it being more interested in what a sequel could do.
