Ben 10 is still HUGE overseas, way more than in the US. It was actually CN Asia that funded and animated the CGI "Destroy All Aliens" special, and I think there's still a Ben 10 theme park ride in the UK.

So it makes sense that this'll air abroad first before it shows up here.
