Which is the value of content creators like you during the hiatus times, as we can only receive some form of confirmation through official source, and then the process begins anew. That's why the Touhou fandom is so expansive, because so little is revealed in canological sense, but enough is provided as a platform for further ideas and patterns to grow.
Now in relation to Star vs. that can be both a good and bad thing. Sure, more official content is ideal, but if it skews or flat out debunks the ideas generated during the hiatus I can see a lot of anons being saddened
I certainly hope they make Manna at least a possibility.In relation to your works, I'd say you choose the path of separating the dynamics primarily, which you do very well. Star and Marco have their time with these additional characters, then when it's time to do the business they go off on their own. That works well, but I'd be interested to see if you could make use of a more integrated setup, like Night of the Blonde Devil but with more recognizable characters.
