There's loads of evidence that isis/alquaida members are moving among the refugees.
There's no confirmation that the isis/alquaida members who are either refugees or posing as refugees have launched an attack.

French citizens who travel to the middle east and join ISIS, Al quaida, islamic jihad, ect, are put on a no fly list and refused entry into the country. If any of these guys are on that list, it then is very entered the Schengen zone (European border control) in the chaos of the refugee crisis, then traveled to France.
The TL/DR is, terrorists not shown to be Syrian refugees, may have posed as Syrian refugees to get inside the border.
