>>77520023>I was never into either of them at first but got into Velma because I started liking plain jane cuties and wasn't ever into the Daphne types.Daphne types generally = curvy, but overmade-up fashion victims who our society encourages to be party animals and jerks. They can be turn-ons, physically speaking, but the stereotypical personality is a turn-off.
Velma, while not as sexy in an obvious, traditional way, is endearing-cute with a wit to die for, brains that kill and no less interested in sex than Daphne would be.
I am instantly more interested. Daphne fans would claim I only like Velma because she's more "accessible" than the unreachable goddess that is Daphne, but what if I actually want someone more human and witty and brainy and cozy? Being accessible is just a bonus!
My GF is a Velma type and I enjoy every day with her, cuddling and snarking away.
Previously dated a Daphne type—club person and fashion victim who was sexy at first but became The Load very fast. Would sacrifice anything to stay popular with an unpleasant clique. What a waste.
