First thing's first: Have them interact. Have the Tameranians taken over by one of the sons of Trigon as an act to impress his father, and invade Earth. Have the other two take over OTHER races for further exploits (say, races that bring in Adam Strange and maybe the Dominators for further characters to be added). Have Raven being forced to work with the Earthlings and their allies to band together.
Side note: Use this event to reimagine the Bloodlines event characters with the Dominators abducting and genetically altering people to act as sleeper agents in the past, and the fruits of their experiments being the new Bloodlines characters. Also, key point in time to bring in characters like Ted Knight/Starman and others that have yet to be seen.
Earth wins, but Trigon tricks Raven into making a bargain to which she is trapped on Earth, and is revealed to most of the heroes of her lineage. Batman (because ALWAYS BATMAN with the fanboys) recommends that someone who fought for the Earth should be appointed to watch her. He picks STARFIRE, because she fought for Earth in the battle, revealing she "knows" Jason Todd.
Odd Couple-esque series follows where Starfire tries to pull Raven out of her "I'm my father's daughter" shell, and Raven tries to adapt to having a walking, talking sex alien kitten with superpowers as her friend and watcher. Inevitable friendship ensues as both come to terms with how people see them now, and actually trying to maintain ordinary lives.
No need to overtly sexualize. No need to pander. Just play with concepts and build the story, aka actual storytelling.
