Any German anons here? I want you guys to give me a brief overview of German horror comics. I moved to Germany a few months ago and found that many book/comic stores have a specific set of comic titles.
So far I've bought a few issues of "Horrorschoker". The title seems like a spiritual successor to the old American Atlas horror anthology books (the ones that eventually became Marvel, giving way to superheroes, like Journey Into Mystery, Tales To Astonish, Tales of Suspense, etc.) It It's kind of cool to see that this format is still alive in Germany, I wonder how it survived for so long. I've also seen stuff done in similar style, like some zombie anthology title, and a title about a superhero "Zombie Man". It's hard to find information about this stuff on the internet, so I'm asking you guys. What's the context for it? Is any of it worth a look? (I tried asking on Kohlchan but it's dead as shit)
