>>127771934Most likely Heilberg is trying to get Chris to plead guilty to some of the charges so the prosecutor would drop some of them.
Heilbergs goal here would be to minimize the sentence Chris gets, which could be couple of years in prison, minus the year or so he will likely be rotting in jail.
This way Chris would get out with likely no lasting effects, that is unless the preosecution really wants to get Chris registered as a sex offender, in which case Chris's life is pretty much over.
If Chris gets sent to the sex offenders registry, it means that he can no longer live with his mom, apply for section 8 housing (unless they have some sorta sex offenders pod available for him and a group of other jolly sex pests).
He also couldn't apply for wellfare to get an apartment or such, so he would be either couch surfing at weens homes until they kick him out and then homeless saga.
The greatest irony in all of this is that he is right now having the time of his life in jail.
No chores, no obligations, no need to worry about the mortgage of the house. Only thing he is lacking now are art supplies to keep on working on his imagination land and internet connection to fap to ponies.
