I take that to be a sign of what and who she believes she has become - of who Jinx (the role she fully embraced now with her sitting in the chair) is.
So my interpretation is that she has now accepted she is irredeemable and all that remains is for Vi to do the same.
If Vi works with the enforcers and ends up helping them do what they set out to do - kill Jinx - she will also have completed her transformation into a Piltover enforcer. A path Jinx recognised Vi had started walking at the same scene she fully embraced her Jinx persona.
This is obviously all shit I made up, but I think it makes sense thematically and is a continuation of what the writers set out to show so far.
