Regardless of how much people talk about game mechanics "not being canon" they give you the most dramatic impression of the characters by far. And in Destiny, you run like a Call of Duty shootman and have a couple of powers which basically are the equivalent of a CoD grenade or tactical equipment, plus a super that you can use once every few minutes without some really high-tier builds (that often get nerfed). Outside of exotics, your weapons are basically fairly simple, archetypical examples of FPS guns. TTKs for you and for enemies are reminiscent of Halo's fairly high-TTK environment.
In Warframe people spam enough explosives into a room to wipe out your monitor while flying around the map at 100 miles an hour, touching the ground maybe 20% of the time. Half your weapons have a list of features, any one of which would be the exotic perk of a Destiny exotic weapon like a laser that lets you kill an entire room by sweeping your reticule over people, at which point they instantly die.
It would take a lot for me to say Guardians don't win. Between Titan's punches shaking mountains, phasing through matter at will, and Ghosts that are resilient against everything up to atmospheric bombardment. Guardians get much more OP here. AFAIK the guardians don't have a way to cross dimensional barriers to ever actually reach the Tenno's true body. But if Void =/= paracausal then the guardian can't actually be put down either. They likely stalemate forever.
