I really wish Disney was more willing to put their legacy characters in the spotlight rather than degrade them to merchandising tools.
A Goofy Movie is one of my favorite Disney films because it feels like such a love letter to the fab five, despite only featuring one of them in a main role.

Why did we never get "A Donald Movie" or god forbid something about Mickey Mouse? The modern era Mickey cartoons are the closest we get but they are so heavily stylized and focused on comedy over heart that it doesn't scratch the same itch
