the producer later said it was a draw which we can consider the word of God or ignore but he lost against Mothra (well the twin larvae, again against Mothra in a short misunderstanding they had in Ebirah, Horror of the Deep (at that point they were allies), if we want we can count the time he was almost killed by Kumonga as his loss or just round 1 (because he was saved and continued the fight), he lost one of the three fights against Hedorah, the first fight against Mechagodzilla, his second fight against Biollante is controversial depending how you look at it (could be called a draw), he destroyed Mecha-King Ghidorah and survived but the human piloting MKG survived so I don't know but he definitely lost against Mothra and Battra (though Battra died) and first fight against Spacegodzilla. During the Kiryu saga his both fights in the first movie ended in kind of a draw and in the second movie he has one huge fight against four opponents and ultimately lost. In Legendary series he lost to Ghidorah because of human intervention off the coast of Mexico.
And that's pretty much all his losses in movies.
