Almost like in every case, there's always an extreme. Saying "humans can't survive in space" is a factually incorrect statement because a human could mutate into not needing oxygen. Saying "life is carbon based" is a factually incorrect statement because a silicon based animal could be born tomorrow.
Just because it CAN happen, doesn't mean it EVER will, and doesn't mean it counts towards a statement saying otherwise.
You COULD survive a 6000 foot fall, if you fell in mud, and weighed 80 pounds, and trees broke your fall, and the parachute managed to slow you down enough before snapping off. That doesn't mean its factually incorrect to say a 6000 foot drop is fatal
