THis thread is devoted to characters that very clearly display symptoms of mental illness/psychological disorders. This could either be directly stated or clear by the character's actions.

The most obvious character that comes to mind is my main man Hank Pym. While he's suffered from some pretty severe psychological disssociation with alternate identities, but his main psychosis is bipolar disorder. And as someone that suffers from the disorder myself, seeing it portrayed for what it is without treating it as some type of super power is really appreciated.
