>>123233194Dick probably wouldn't either, desu. But the whole triangle is old, and was never all that compelling to begin with. Resolving it in a way that makes it something the next writer can't just retcon/reopen would solve a lot of problems.
You would need an actual arc, dedicating a decent amount of time to it as a focus and well written which might be too much to ask. Personally I'd run it like Kory teaming up with Babs for a couple issues, they bond or whatever and Babs leaves off feeling confused at how much she actually likes starfire without the triangle hanging over her head. Then find a reason for a villain to target both girls. Dick goes through a few issues with each basically saving/helping and reigniting feelings. He finishes and goes to batman to talk about it. Then you follow up with villain plot succeeding and it being an, "only time to save one, who do you pick?" kind of thing. Dick saves both, but realizes in the process that picking isn't possible because he loves them both. He tells them after that he can't choose either and says how its unfair to everyone, gets angsty and runs away basically breaking up with both forever. Kory and Babs have an issue working together and discussing their history with Dick. They both realize they love him, equally, and mutually decide to do the open relationship/harem thing. Make it a difficult transition, but one that the whole group commits to and don't trivialize the problems that pop up. Keep the relationship a b-plot for a few issues with other people reacting, some negatively, and so on.
