The average joe who owns a mom & pop shop is a capitalist, and they're not exporting labor to foreign countries. Capitalism isn't the issue, it's governments allowing big business to control their policies, allowing big businesses to do whatever they want, that's the issue, and it isn't exclusive to capitalism. In fact, Western countries are more of oligopolies nowadays. The politicians work for big business, not for the people who "elect" them.
But sadly, in the modern age, you either live under crony capitalists in the West, overt fascists in China, or warlords in third world countries.
