>>122942830I did. And I actually enjoyed the first season and like a third to a half of season 2.
Toward the end of season 2 it really felt like writers just stopped giving a fuck about the show or its characters:
The Dreamland Job - a fucking heist episode, the most laziest unimaginative and easiest parody to write. Never funny, rarely entertaining. A good indicator that a writer does not want to put any effort. Or just shit at his job.
In Her Own Write - basically some staff member in charge of the episode venting his own personall frustrations and injecting dumb shit in the show. Feminism, spoken word poetry, a fucking midnight coffee pub/stand-up club! This episode did not felt like it belonged in the show at all. Did they invite writers for Lisa-centric episodes from The Simpsons?
The Electric Princess - bloody cringeworthy victorian era steampunk city does not belong in medieval fantasy setting. Definetely not how they presented it in the show. Felt like I started watching a different show in the middle of the episode. Fucking annoyed the shit out of me.
The last episode was also weird, with Odval and the rest doing a 180 and turning evil.
Season 3 mostly sucked ass.
I will probably check out the fourth season out of curiosity, doubt it's going to be any good, obviously.
