I don't actually know if he did much work in western cartoons, but Yuri Lowenthal is one of my favorite voice actors in video games. Him and Steve Blum will voice both main character roles in big budget games, side characters with a few lines, and even be as minor as random passersby in cities, or henchman. They never got too big for their britches like Troy Baker
