1) I consider something human once they've developed a (human) consciousness
2) Idk how exactly consciousness is formed, but I assume you need a certain level of neuron complexity for that, and I think up until X weeks it's fairly safe to assume the pile of cells is complex enough for that yet, so I'm fine with aborting up until that point
And now the debate turns into whether X is a fair cutoff point or whether it should be moved to point of inception just to play it safe or whatever, and your dialogue tree has been completely sawn off.
