He's all pro-green and travels on a bike, and he also doesn't know how to drive a car (failed his driving exam multiple times), and his bike road reforms are so bad that they paralyse the road traffic in some segments.

Part of the reason for that was the exorbitant price it took to make each episode, since the creators insisted on making the new season with traditional animation methods, without digital assistance. The new design of Kriszta comes from the pilot for that season.
