What even IS this show? I herd a story, back in the day and had to way to check things, that Johnny was a kid who wised himself to be an attractive adult. That is a pretty decent explanation for a lot of things. But I've never found anything to back that up.

Could Johnny Bravo be made today? I say hard no.
