When the family gets back to the present, America is very different-Steve using his knowledge of modern technology and history to seize power and ruling the US as a dictator. He was waiting for Roger when he crash landed, and captured him-deriving some sort of anti-aging pill from his alien powers. It’s up to Stan and the family to rescue their alien and rein in their tyrannical son.
