Aside from shitters who use it disingenuously, I'm fairly certain it means a character who is bland and flat due to being *just* good enough with or without explanation to execute author fiats at any point. Recent Batman comics sometimes make Batman or Joker Mary Sues do to Batwank/Jokerwank.
