2) Ryan Reynolds was miscast.
3) They established that if the Yellow Fear Spirit touches Earth , the Good Guys lose. Then the yellow CGI touches Earth and the Good Guys still win. So it was confusing and had no stakes (the best that can be said is that it came out before Thor 2, which was the same movie minus the origin parts.)
