>>121570540It's dull. Not in an "appropriate for the setting" way, but in a "nothing substantive happens and the jokes don't work" way. It has the kind of sped-up dialogue that destroys any comedic timing, and words lose their meaning and become background droning. I don't know why so many shows fall into this trap. Solar Opposites, Final Space, Lower Decks, they all do this shit.

At least the characters had real conversations, the singing was sometimes entertaining, and there were brief moments of wonderful animation. Great North gives me nothing, and I'm perplexed by the positive reviews it has been getting.
