That's incredibly human and realistic. Honestly speaking, I think the vast majority of people would just be blinded by rage at that point and want payback, especially since it wasn't like Bucky was fully unbrainwashed or did a 180. Since TWS he was just laying low. Not like he became a repentant hero or something. It's easy to frame it as "asshole was asshole all his life, when being freed decided to do jack shit for amends, fuck that guy".
But overall yeah, I think Agatha in the final ep harmed Wandavision, because it made it more generic. DoubleVision fight was interesting in how it progressed and ended, and was thematically resonant with the show. Wanda vs Agatha was just two fliers shooting lasers at each other. It would have been better for the final conflict to be Wanda vs. Vision and he manages to break through to her. There's no obviously evil villain to cheapen the finale, Hayward is slightly justified (Wanda wasn't being manipulated, she was a threat full stop) and should not shoot at kids.
