If there are women who make it to the forefront not just in what they are doing but rather as an individual..
That have the intellect and force of will to not just be agitators but real movements for change then maybe I would consider it.
Recently the first female head of the Muslim council of great Britain was elected.
Now this is a huge step forward for OPs pic related and womens rights.
She was interviewed by the BBC and rather than being congratulated on the fact or any praise being given for the progressive nature of this change.
She was challenged as to why women leader specifically in places of worship are not common or non existant entirely.
Imo this was not a bigoted approach but rather someone stirring the pot to see what happens.
...and a real feminist would have kicked ass at that point and put forward something both relevant and clever.
Maybe hard to do when put on the spot but something that can be worked towards.
I don't mean to undermine the Muslim lady, I'm sure she has earned the right to her position but some things take time.
