But the surface level narrative was dumb, what was it, "seize your moment"? If he hadn't done that, he'd not play the guitar, find out about his family, save them from evaporating and fix wounds never healed in life
I wanted more exploration of the land of the dead but I guess that's how these movies work, never giving you enough because muh vanilla plot

it was a bit jarring seeing the daughter be old as fuck in the afterlife but really short/childlike to fit parent-child imagery
